With advertised selection you include this method of media advertising on top of our usual sourcing methods, from our database and general advertising, and in this way we create more public awareness of the position. A well-worded advertisement sends a positive signal to the market and enables us to include additional suitable candidates for the position. We organise all the administration and response from the advertising.
